How shipping works here

{{ shop_name }} does not hold inventory in a warehouse of our own. Every piece on this site is made and shipped by an independent furniture maker, directly to you. We check each maker's stated delivery window and shipping practices before we list anything, so the timeline you see on a product page reflects what that specific maker has told us to expect.

Delivery times

Because furniture is often made to order or shipped via freight carrier, delivery times are typically longer than standard parcel shipping, commonly a few weeks depending on the piece. Exact estimates are noted on each product page where available.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item and your delivery address.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Damaged in transit

If a piece arrives visibly damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take photos and contact us at {{ email }} right away. See our Refund Policy for how we handle this.
